Southland Flavor Cafe

Southland Flavor Cafe is another of my favorite restaurants. It's a Taiwanese restaurant located at 10825 N.Wolfe Road, Suite 220 in Cupertino. It's in the Ranch 99 Shopping Complex.

Sweet Rice Stuffed Pork Chitterling--$5.75. This is very authentic but may not be for everyone. It has a strong chitterling flavor.

Another of my favorites--Oyster Pancake--$7.25. You can find this in the night markets in Taiwan. It's a batter with a little egg, vegetables and oysters. So good, especially with the red slightly spicy, slightly sweet sauce. 

Sauteed On Choy--$10.25. It's sautéed with garlic.
