STS-PDX

Flying out of STS, the Sonoma County Airport, is so easy. Only 1 plane departs at a time. If you don't need to check in luggage, arrive 40 minutes before your flight and you'll be at your gate 30 minutes before departure. Most of the planes are small so if you have a roll-on, you'll need to gate check it.

The Portland airport is larger but still manageable.

You don't have to go far to get a rental car. It's located in the parking structure across from arrival.
