Wednesday Night Dinner

I couldn't miss out on the grilled pork chops at Wednesday night's dinner at Flavor Bistro.




Spice-Brined Grilled Pork Chops with Sun-Dried Fruit Compote (moist & so full of flavor).
It was served with farmhouse soup (sweet potato--delicious!), organic green  salad with fennel, whipped potatoes, creamy spinach with
homemade sausage, Peter Rabbit's favorite and Blue Lake beans, 



I could eat the whole basket of homemade flatbread!



Chocolate Foldovers with whipped cream--puff pastry filled with a layer of chocolate.
