True Food Kitchen

True Food Kitchen is in the same mall. I hadn't heard of them but learned that they have 25 locations all over the country.

Dr. Weil is an integrative medicine specialist who founded the restaurant chain. Their philosophy is that food should make you feel better.

Korean Noodle (420 cal)--$14: sweet potato glass noodle, bok choy, kale, cucumber kimchi, pineapple, bean sprout, almond lime vinaigrette. I added tofu (180 cal)--$4. This was really good. I was full but didn't leave feeling heavy.

Margherita Pizza (850 cal)--$12: crushed organic DiNapoli tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil. The crust was chewy, just the way great neopolitan pizza should be.

Spicy Panang Curry(710 cal)--$14: sweet potato, pole bean, bok choy, carrot, thai basil, coconut shrimp broth. It came with brown rice with quinoa. My husband added chicken (180 cal)--$4. He really liked this dish.
