The Beaches of Milos

Milos has beautiful beaches.

In the south, Provatas is a wide beach in a nice little cove. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas

or just lay your beach towel on the sand.

Tsigrado Beach is a secluded beach.

You'll need to climb down a ladder to get to the beach.

Nice wide beach

and a cave with beautiful blue water.

Paleohori is in the southeastern end of the island. It has more amenities, including a few tavernas.

The beach is wide and beautiful.

On the northern end of the island is Sarakiniko. It's a very windy part of the island but the scenery is spectacular.

The cliffs are white and have been pounded by the surf.

There is a protected area but unfortunately, the beach is not very wide.

On the northwestern end of the island is Plathiena.

Plathiena is another beautiful wide beach.
