Dang's Vietnamese, Bend, OR

It was a 5 hour drive from Madras to Bend and we decided to stop for dinner. We chose Dang's Vietnamese, located at 1180 SE 3rd Street.

P6--Beef Meatball Pho--$8.95. This was okay. I'm used to really good pho in the south bay and this didn't live up to the Yelp review of 4 1/2 stars. There was a layer of grease on top although I have to admit the noodles were cooked well. Still had a nice toothiness to it.
