My sister loves Mercato Pasta in Santa Rosa. It's located at 630 3rd Street. They make their own pasta.
Create your own pasta. Choose a pasta then a sauce. The base price is $9. Rigatoni with Tomato Basil Marinara. I like the sauce and the pasta is cooked perfectly al dente. Next time I might try Spaghetti with the Tomato Basil Marinara and see if a different shape tastes differently.
Spaghetti Bolognese--add $2 for the bolognese. The bolognese had good flavor but it was very greasy.
Fusilli with Tomato Vodka--add $1.50 for the sauce. This was also very tasty but full of fat.
