Carol Shelton & Inspiration

We had read a lot about the food at Carol Shelton and decided to go for a tasting. It's located at 3354-B Coffey Road, Santa Rosa in an industrial area.

Grapes are crushed by hand.

French Dip Sliders with Karma Au Jus--smokey and paired well with their Karma Zinfandel. I actually liked the taste of their Wild Thing Zinfandel better.

Nearby is Inspiration, located at 3360 Coffey Lane, Suite E. They were serving lemon risotto with their Chardonnay, Estate. It was made in stainless steel and I liked it--I'm not a fan of oaky Chardonnay.
