We got an extra hour to sleep in on Sunday as we changed to Standard Time. We had a new person joining us on Sunday and we had to go back to Kendall Jackson for her to pick up her wristband, glass and cookbook. We arrived at 11 am and it was packed. There was a huge line to get the food pairing and we were worried that today was going to be crowded. On Sunday, there were additional people who signed up for only 1 day.
We went to Hook & Ladder next and were relieved to see that it was not crowded. Hook & Ladder is one of my favorite wineries and I really like their Pinot. They have a little picnic area with a bocce court.
They were serving Not So Traditional Osso Bucco with Gremolata paired with Hook & Ladder Merlot. It was delicious!
