I had read on TripAdvisor about a great place to get a calamari sandwich. It was Casa Rua, just off Plaza Mayor.
Calamari sandwich for €2.85. The calamari had a nice crispy breading and the roll was soft but the sandwich needed a sauce. The restaurant was packed so the Madrilenos must love it.
