In Madrid, most international flights arrive at Terminal 4S. Take the airport tram to Terminal 4. Stop at the TI and get a map of the city and the metro. Walk outside the terminal and the Yellow Airport Express bus is to the right. It leaves every 15 minutes, takes 40 minutes to Plaza de Cibeles from Terminal 4 and costs €5. The bus also stops at Atocha Station. The Hotel Regina was located 2 long blocks from the bus stop and it was easy to find.

The Hotel Regina was wonderful. The remodeled rooms were very nice and luxurious. It was located a block from Puerta del Sol, so it was centrally located. The Sevilla Metro was just out the door. My only complaint is that the room doors are thin and you can easily hear guests walking to their rooms in the middle of the night.
