This Week's Dinner at Flavor Bistro

Here's tonight's offering at Flavor Bistro--all for $24.95:


Bruschetta Con Cicoria--Topped with Formaggio Bianco, Prosciutto Di Parma, Grilled Marinated Organic Radicchio & Endive paired with 2008 Domaine Carneros Brut
  
 
Turtei Cu La Cua--Candy Wrapper Shaped Pasta Filled with Spinach & a Trio of Cheeses Served in a Sugo Di Pomodoro Aglio paired with 2010 Montevina Barbera, Amador County. The sugo was delicious. I sopped it all up with bread. The Barbera was great and at $9.99 a bottle, it couldn't be beat!
 
 
 Brasato Di Maiale--Slow Cooked Braised Medallion of Port Shoulder Flavored with Porcini Mushrooms Garnished with Creamy Polenta, Roasted Garlic & Florentine Style Cabbage paired with 2009 Alexander Valley Vineyards, Redemption Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley. Loved the sauce--slight hint of orange and absolutely amazing.
 
 
 Crostata Di Mele--Apple Galette Garnished with Vanilla Crème Fraiche paired with 2011 N x NW Dessert Riesling, Wallula Benches Vineyards, Columbia Valley, Washington
