SF Chefs, Part 6

Still more samplings from SF Chefs.

Ristobar offered Casoncelli--Lombardian Style Stuffed Pasta with Veal, Prosciutto Crudo, Pork Tenderloin, Pancetta & Sage Butter. This was delicious. The stuffing had so much flavor.

This was the dessert offered by Ristobar. Unfortunately, after sampling over 30 dishes, I just couldn't eat any more.

Salt House served Olive Oil Poached Octopus, Squid Ink Soffrito with Mango Sea Beans. I love octopus and I liked this dish as well.

Scala's Bistro served Scallop Ceviche. This was a nice ceviche--just the right amount of lime.

Scoma's offered my other favorite dish of the day--Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Tartare served on a Wonton Crisp. This was delicious. The tuna had such a nice flavor. The sesame oil really came through.
