Pho Vietnam

I hadn't been to Pho Vietnam in a while and tried it again. It's located in Santa Rosa at 711 Stony Point Road.

Fried Egg Rolls filled with ground pork, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage--wrapped in rice paper and served with fish sauce--4 rolls for $5.50. The skin was crispy but the filling had too strong a pork taste. Not my favorite.

Small #8--Combo Noodle Soup for $6.50. Eye round steak, brisket, flank steak, tendon, tripe and 1/4 of a meatball. The noodle was al dente--I liked it. It was the right chewiness. The broth was good but could have been clearer. There wasn't much meat but I prefer my pho without a lot of meat anyway.
