Lambert Bridge

Lambert Bridge Winery offers a Chef's Table Series. Members can reserve seats or a full table for 10 for $75 per person.


Lambert Bridge is located at 4085 West Dry Creek Road.


Our 5-course lunch was prepared by the chefs from Spoonbar in Healdsburg--Casey & Patrick Van Voorhis. 


Burrata, Dry Creek Peaches, Balsamic Tahini Emulsion, Pickled Rhubarb, Purslane, paired with Lambert Bridge 2013 Viognier. This was delicious. The burrata was creamy and the peaches were so flavorful and sweet.


Roasted Corn Ravioli, Truffle "caviar," Maine Lobster, Brown Butter Puree, Fino Verde Basil, paired with 2013 Chambers Chardonnay. This was an amazing dish. The ravioli popped with wonderful sweet corn flavor.


Alaskan Halibut, Fava Bean, Roasted Pepper, Almond Veloute, Olio Verde, paired with 2012 Forchini Zinfandel. The halibut was so well prepared and the almond veloute was delicious.


Roasted Lamb Loin, Black Garlic, Pink Pearl Apples, Chanterelles, Jerusalem Artichokes, paired with 2013 Cabernet Franc. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the jus on the bottom was so rich in flavor.


Beetroot Chiffon, Dark Chocolate, Balsamic Fromage Blanc, Beet Gelato, paired with 2012 Petite Sirah. The cake was moist and not too sweet.
