Bistecca Ai Ferri--Grilled Marinated Flat Iron Steak Garnished with Stone Oven Roasted Treviso, Balsamic Glaze, Garlic Candy & Sweet Corn Passata in Sage Brown Butter, paired with 2013 St. Francis Winery & Vineyards Old Vines Zinfandel, Sonoma
