Emma is a pizzeria, a collaboration with Roscioli. It's located at Via del Monte della Farina, 28. If you arrive at 7pm when it opens, you can generally get a table.
Epos Poggio Volpi (white wine)--€24.
An order of Zucchini Flowers with Mozzarella and Anchovies (2 for €4) and Suppli "On the Phone" (€3 each). The "on the phone" refers to the stretchiness of the the cheese when you pull the suppli apart.
One of the seasonal special pizzas--Broccoletti (turnip green mousse) e Anchovies from Cantabrico--€16. The toppings were good and the crust was crispy but it didn't crunch as much as I would have liked. The slice of pizza was slightly limp.
Funghi--€9. Good but again the crust wasn't crispy enough.
We also ordered a Spinach & Pear Salad with Walnuts, Pecorino Cheese and Chestnut Honey Sauce (€10) but forgot to take a picture. It was delicious.
