Kong Tofu is located at 19626 Stevens Creek Blvd. in the Merlio Marketplace in Cupertino.
Banchans served with every meal. My favorites are still the chap chae and fish cakes. The green and black seaweed and kim chee were okay. Not a fan of the bean sprouts or potatoes.
Clam Soft Tofu Stew--$13.49. White rice is included. Change to purple rice for $0.49. You can choose white, very mild, mild, medium, spicy and extra spicy. Mild is plenty spicy for me.
