At Kokomo, there was Merlot Braised Beef over Homemade Butter Noodles. Another delicious dish!
Mazzocco served Zinfandel Lamb Mole. The dish was delicious and Mazzocco had the best wines we tried today. In our group of 6, we purchased 12 cases of their wine.
At Ridge Lytton Springs, they served Grilled Baby Back Ribs with Cherry BBQ Sauce. I guess they ran out of the BBQ Sauce because we just got the ribs. The rib was flavorful and fell off the bone. As we were leaving, we saw Tammy & John, the couple we met at Friday's Flavor Dinner. Small world!
Wilson was the last winery we visited. We got there just before the close at 4 pm and there were tons of people there.
They served Coyote Paella.
Wilson had a bonus tri tip. This was flavorful but on the tough side.
