Thursday Night Dinner

This was the menu at Flavor Bistro last week. Everything was my favorite course. I still find it hard to believe that you get 4 courses with 4 wine pairings for $24.95.


Pesce Bianco--Local Wild Petrale Sole, Lemon Caper White Wine Butter Sauce, paired with 2013 Quivira Vineyards & Winery Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley


Quaglia Arrosto--Pan Roasted Quail Served in Sugo D'Erbe Flavored with Prosciutto Di Parma, Organic Mushrooms & Homemade Gnocchi, paired with 2012 Melville Vineyards & Winery Pinot Noir, Estate-Verna's Santa Barbara


Bistecca Alla Griglia--Grilled Marinated Flat Iron Steak Garnished with Organic Fingerling Potatoes, Arugula, Sweet Corn & Grilled Peppers Served in Black Olive Barolo Sauce, paired with 2012 Sean Minor Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles


Tiramisu E Tartufi Di Cioccolato--Espresso Lady Fingers layered with Rum Flavored Mascarpone Cream Garnished with Homemade Chocolate Truffles, paired with 2011 Novy Family Wines "Oley" Late Harvest Viognier, Russian River Valley
