Chuko Ramen

We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge because we wanted to nosh in Brooklyn.

First stop was Chuko Ramen, located at 552 Vanderbilt Avenue.

One of the specials of the day. Shishito Peppers--$6. These were good but the ones at Ippudo were better.

Pork bone, mustard green, egg and wood ear ramen--$13. The broth was rich, the egg was well made but I'm not sure about mustard greens in my ramen. It gave it just a little bitter taste, although thankfully, it was not overpoweringly bitter.

Kimchee, scallion, egg, ground pork ramen--$13.
