We were ready for lunch and took a short detour from our tour. Le Bistro du Perigord is located at 71 rue Saint Jacques.
Even though the restaurant was full of locals, there was an English translation on the lunch menu. On offer for lunch was either Entree (starter) + Plat (main) or Plat + Dessert for €12.50.
Salade de Chevre Chaud--hot goat cheese salad.
Salade Roquefort Noix--green salad with Roquefort blue cheese and walnuts.
Poisson du Jour--halibut with delicious beurre blanc sauce.
Boeuf Bourguignon--tender, rich and flavorful.
