Amtrak between Savannah & Charleston

We thought about renting a car to get between Savannah and Charleston but why rent a car when Amtrak is so convenient?

It was a 12-minute and $14 Uber ride to the Amtrak station from the Marshall House.

The Palmetto left at 8:20 am and cost $16/person.

We arrived at the Charleston Amtrak station at 10 am.

 We were surprised to find flooding when it hadn't rained recently. Apparently, it was all from King Tides.
