Falafel's Drive In

I've been going to Falafel's Drive In way before Guy Fieri featured it on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. It's located in San Jose at 2301 Stevens Creek Blvd. I've always gotten the falafel sandwich, which I love. Nice crunchy falafel balls with great flavor in a tangy, spicy sauce. Then, I read about the Koubby. It's a Middle Eastern meatball with a shell of cracked wheat that is stuffed with ground beef pine nuts & onions. This has amazing spiciness with a nice blend of flavors. Too bad it's $5.75 each. It's a pretty small portion and I would need 2 or 3 to make a meal. I'll have to look for a recipe and try to duplicate it.
