Orenchi

It's been a while since I've had Orenchi ramen. It's located in Santa Clara at 3540 Homestead Road. We arrived at 10:30 am and put our name on the list. There were already 5 ahead of us. The restaurant opens at 11:30.

Karaage--fried chicken. 6 pieces for $7.50. This is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

Orenchi Ramen--$10.50. Tonkatsu base, ramen with soft boiled seasoned egg, pork, bamboo shoots, wood ear and seaweed. The soup base was a little salty today but the ramen was perfectly toothy and the soft boiled egg is runny on the inside. Still love it.
