Pullman Kitchen

I went back to Pullman Kitchen for another work meeting this week.


I ordered the Duck Leg Confit with seared spaetzle dumplings, Niman Ranch bacon, spinach & whole grain mustard sauce--$23. The duck was tender and nicely seared but the mustard sauce was bitter and didn't work with the dish. It was also very salty.
