We had a 6-hour layover at CDG and had lunch at Frenchy's in Terminal 2. We departed from Terminal 1 but there were few restaurant options there.
It's a sit-down restaurant but they do serve pretty quickly.
The Plat du Jour was a chicken curry with rice--€17.
