Mamma Mia! was the featured production this year at the Mountain Play on Mt. Tam. The show was a lot of fun but getting there can be a pain. We had kids in tow so we purchased parking at the lot near the theate. It's a long drive up. Alternatives include parking at the high school and taking the shuttle for $5/person or hiking.
The outdoor amphitheater seats 3750 patrons. We purchased reserved seats so stadium seats were provided for us. If you don't have reserved seats, bring your own stadium seats. You can bring your own picnic and wine or purchase it at the theater.
Most of the seats are in the sun so be sure to bring hats and sunscreen.
