Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is a Taiwanese soup dumpling restaurant found all over the world. My goal is to eat at one Din Tai Fung in each country where it's found. The location in London is near Covent Garden.

In the SF Bay Area, there's a location in Westfield Mall in Santa Clara.

Dumpling makers on display. This is signature Din Tai Fung.

It's a large restaurant in Covent Garden and the wait wasn't too long.

Cucumber Dressed with Garlic & Chili Oil--£4.50. This had good flavor and wasn't too spicy.
Sauteed String Beans with Minced Pork & Dried Shrimp--£5. This was very good.

Oriental Salad in Special Vinegar Dressing--£4.50. This was delicious as well.

Pork Xiao Long Bao--£10.50 for 8 pieces. The nice thing about DTF is that their soup dumplings are pretty consistent wherever you have it. These were good but more expensive than in other countries.
