Wednesday Night Dinner

You know if I go to Wednesday night dinner at Flavor Bistro in Santa Rosa, they are serving pork chops. Here's this week's dinner. All this and a white and red wine for $18.95.


Farmhouse Soup--vegetable with tofu. This was a new soup and delicious!


Spice-Brined Grilled Pork Chops with Sun-Dried Fruit Compote, Blue Lake Beans, Creamy Spinach with Homemade Sausage, Corn on the Cob, Organic Green Salad, Whipped Potatoes. I didn't have the carrots. The pork chop is moist and the creamy spinach was delicious.

Chocolate Foldover with Whipped Cream.
