Yuet Lee

After the Blue Angels, we walked to Chinatown to find a late lunch/early dinner. I randomly chose Yuet Lee, located at 1300 Stockton Street.

Roast Duck with Wonton Soup--$7.75. This had way too much salt and the duck had minimal meat. They were mainly skin and bones. The wontons were also not good. They were made in such a way that the skin all folded at one spot and there was a thick layer of skin. The broth was tasty though, even if it was a little on the salty side.

Claypot Sizzling Chicken with Bones--$11.25. This was better than the soup but just slightly better. There was a layer of grease and the chicken wasn't very meaty.

Oh well, you can't always find a winner. I was surprised at how many celebrities with whom the owner has posed.
