Orenchi Beyond

After the Lion King, we grabbed dinner at Orenchi Beyond, located at 174 Valencia St. It's 5 minutes by car or 17 minutes by foot. Fortunately, at 5 pm, there was no wait.

Shishito Peppers--$4.20. This was delicious and a huge serving.

I ordered the Beyond Ramen--$13. It was a tonkatsu soup with shoyu base, pork belly, bamboo shoots, dried seaweed, fried garlic and mizuna (Japanese green). I asked for it without green onions. The broth was delicious, the ramen was toothy but I missed the egg that's featured in the Orenchi Ramen.
