One of our favorite ice cream places was Cool Moon Ice Cream.
It's located in the Pearl District at 1105 NW Johnson Street.
The flavors are still as good but last year we got 4 scoops for $6.95. This year, we got 3 scoops for $8. We got the Ginger Cookie, Kulfi and Salted Caramel.
