Wednesday Night Pork Chops

This week was pork chops at Flavor Bistro's Wednesday Night


Spice-brined Grilled Pork Chops with Sun-Dried Fruit Compote, served with Blue Lake Beans, Whipped Potatoes, Creamy Spinach with Homemade Sausage, Corn on the Cob and Organic Green Salad. There was also Carrots & Garden Peas but I'm not a carrot fan so you won't find it on my plate.


Farmhouse Soup--this was a vegetable soup with tofu. Delicious!


Homemade Bread & Butter.


Chocolate Foldovers with Whipped Cream

Dinner was served with a Vermentino and a Sangiovese. All this for $18.95.
