Another Dinner on Hurtigruten

Back on board, we attended a lecture on "How the Fjords Were Formed," then dinner was a 3-course sit-down meal.


Beet & Barley Risotto with Cheese from Aaland Gard in Lofoten


Cod and Norwegian Chorizo. Not sure what the green side was.


Nyr from Grondalen Gard with Chocolate Cake and Berry Compote. The Nyr is a fresh cheese from an organic farm with just 19 cows.


During dinner, this was the view from the dining room.
