Flavored with Garlic, Sweet Basil, Toy Box Tomatoes & Homemade Sausage, paired with 2014 Bodegas Fillaboa Albariño D.O. Rias Baixas, Salvaterra de Miño, España


Pasta Al Savor--Organic Pasta Served in Prosciutto Sauce Finished with Fresh Ricotta & Parmigiano-Reggiano Topped with Walnut Gremolata, paired with 2014 Li Veli Primonero Salento I.G.T., Italy. This is an amazing sauce. Loved the prosciutto sauce with creamy ricotta.


Bistecca Ai Ferri--Grilled Marinated Flat Iron Steak Garnished with Vegetali Misti of Sweet Leeks, Carrots, Peas, Mushrooms & Organic Fingerling Potatoes Served in Barolo Wine Sauce, paired with 2013 Clayhouse Wines Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate, Red Cedar Vineyard (Certified Sustainable), Paso Robles
