Beef Meatballs with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam paired with Perky Petit Verdot. The bacon jam is delicious with just the right sweet and spicy. The Petit Verdot retails for $75.

The last course was Dark Chocolate Brownie with Tahini & Strawberry Jam paired with 2013 Ravish Melange Petrus. I ate it before I remembered I needed a picture. The Petrus is very good and retails for $65. It's 88% Merlot with 10% Cabernet Franc.
