A1 Tofu Company

Another great find was A1 Tofu Company, located in the square near the Sham Shui Po MTR station.

There is a counter inside where you can stand and eat your tofu.

We ordered the Ginger Tofu. The tofu was very soft and the ginger syrup wasn't too sweet. Cold & refreshing and so cheap at HK$9 ($1.15).
