Exchange Square & the Central to Mid-Levels Escalators

Leaving the IFC Mall, you'll arrive in Exchange Square, so named because it houses the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It's a peaceful square with fountains and statues by international artists.

"Tai Chi"--a sculpture by Taiwanese artist Ju Ming.

"Above the Clouds"--a sculpture by Chinese artist Ren Zhe.

"Oval with Points"--a sculptor by Henry Moore.

Cross the busy Connaught Road Central via the elevated walkways and continue west to reach

the Central to Mid-Levels Escalators, the world's longest covered outdoor people mover. It'll save you some climbing--hold on to the handrail when it does start to climb.
