There are many abandoned buildings in Havana that are in need of repair. According to some statistics, 7 out of 10 buildings are in need of repair and 7% of buildings are uninhabitable.
This one had no roof.
This was a pile of rubble on O'Reilly, one of the major streets in Habana Vieja.
