HabanaBusTour

The easiest way to tour Vedado, Miramar and the beaches and castles on the other side of the bay is to use the HabanaBusTour. There are 2 routes--T1 & T3 and you can get off and back on at any of its stops.

Both buses start at Parque Central.

T1 is on a double decker, open air tram. Buses leave every 20 minutes.

The T1 goes to Vedado and Miramar and costs 10 CUCs. It takes 2 1/2 hours to ride the entire route back to Parque Central.

The other route is T3 which takes you east of Havana to Fortaleza de San Carlos and the beaches.  Buses are every 40 minutes. T3 is on an air-conditioned bus. Cost is 5 CUCs. 

Inflation is evident here. Just a few months prior, it cost 10 CUCs to ride both routes.
