Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Black Pepper Dressing

My husband tried to replicate the Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Black Pepper Dressing that we had at The Fig Cafe. He came pretty close with this recipe.



Brussel Sprout Salad

10-12 brussel sprout heads,  very thinly sliced with a mandoline
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup thinly shaved fresh parmesan cheese

Flint's Black Pepper Creamy Vinaigrette Recipe

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 Tbs fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tsp garlic salt
