They specialized in Bresse chicken.
This was a nice bottle of wine for €33.50.
Menu Pays de Bresse for €31. One of the starters was a salad with prosciutto and poached egg.
One of the choices for the main was Poulet de Bresse Sauce Louhannaise. This was a nice tomato/pepper sauce.
Dessert were Petits Sables Aux Gaudes et Sorbet Cassis.
I ordered the Menu Gourmand for €41. One of the starters was a dozen Escargots en Persillade (escargot with parsley).
The 2nd course was Poulet de Bresse aux Morilles et Vin Jaune. Delicious!
3rd course was Assiette de Fromage.
And, the last course was a choice of desserts. I chose a chocolate torte.
